REACHNOW / BMW car share mobile-first digital redesign

 

I was the Creative Director for the mobile-first redesign of ReachNow, charged with the task of designing an interactive experience to help drive conversion rates and drop the volume of calls to the call center.

We did this by simplifying the messaging upfront and layering much of the FAQs questions into content throughout the site. The site not only served as the brand voice for ReachNow, it also introduced the idea of multi-modal transportation through use case scenarios peppered throughout each page. For members who need further clarification, an animation guided users through process of finding and driving a ReachNow car. The site geo-targeted users showing images and content specific to their area, from the Brooklyn Bridge to Portland area’s Mt. Hood.
